What a wonderful relaxing time we have had - beautiful cottage, a lovely warm welcome was very much appreciated from Colin and Carole - We came here stressed and in need of peace and quite, what we found was a tranquil haven away from the busy everyday things in life - Just rolling hills trickling streams, amazing views, lovely walks and a comfortable and cosy place to chill out and relax - Thankyou so much for the welcome and providing us with everything we could need. Memorable stay and we hope to come back soon.

Wow! thats all I can say really! Fellview Cottage is amazing, I have loved every second. Jaxon and I went for walks down to the ford and had loads of fun. The scenery is gorgeous and at night when its really pitch black there are millions of stars in the sky, i couldnt beleive how many there was - beautiful.  I'll definately be coming back here. Thankyou for everything its been FAB.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful cottage. Great facilities and views. A great place from which to explore local family history and interesting places. Weather was great and locals very friendly. Would love to come back.

Fell View Cottage is fantastic… perfect to get away from it all!!( and come back to after a busy day sightseeing). We have enjoyed many walks from the cottage(although the ‘no dog’ restrictions are a bit hampering…grouse are king!) We loved the rugged coastline…. Hauxley being our favourite, Boulmer, Alnmouth and Craster also stunning.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Northumberland. The cottage is fabulous and the setting spectacular- Colin and Carole should be proud of their achievements. We immediately felt at home and found the welcome pack a nice touch – especially the”non- essentials”.

What an amazing place, house is beautiful. Views spectacular. Next time we’ll bring warm weather! Killhope Mine well worth doing. All our ‘teenagers’ really enjoyed. High Force is also magnificent(loads of photos taken).

What a beautiful cottage in a fabulous location!! The views from all the windows are truly breathtaking. Colin and Carole are lovely people too, which makes all the difference. Food at the Kingshead, Allendale is good.
