The Walsinghams, Hampshire, UK  28/7/07-11/8/07 
What a beautiful cottage in a fabulous location!! The views from all the windows are truly breathtaking. Colin and Carole are lovely people too, which makes all the difference. Food at the Kingshead, Allendale is good. For a great walk(no pushchairs) go down to the ford, cross the bridge and follow the public footpath to the right. 24 hr Tesco in Hexham is a godsend. Watch out for the midges- but you can’t have a babbling steam without the. The fire is EASY to light and heats the whole cottage quickly. WE have all enjoyed our stay here at Fell View and are sad to leave but I’m sure we’ll be back!
