We have thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Northumberland. The cottage is fabulous and the setting spectacular- Colin and Carole should be proud of their achievements. We immediately felt at home and found the welcome pack a nice touch – especially the”non- essentials”. The week has passed far too quickly but we have some good memories to take back home – our trip to St James Park was amazing ( and that’s the opinion of a non-united fan!). We never got to do the walk the Walsinghams recommended, despite our best intentions- maybe next time!
